I had the pleasure to stay at Topchan before the opening therefore I;ve seen the last efforts made before starting the business. I honestly can recommend this place. Rafa is a great guy with friendly attitude towards travellers and he has a lot of knowledge and useful tips. Another thing is that this is the only place like that in Tashkent. When I started budget travelling few years ago I though that the main asset of that is the possibility of saving some money. Now i know a little bit more – money factor is important but what really defines your journey is people that you meet and I can guarantee that at Rafa’s you’ll meet amazing people with plenty of stories to share. It’s a must see place in Tashkent, I bet you won’t regret it!
